I recently bought an anti-Newton glass negative carrier for my Beseler 23CII that appeared to be defective out of the box. I emailed Beseler describing the issue and got a quick reply acknowledging that it didn't sound right and asking me to send them a photo and a copy of my purchase receipt. As soon as they received the email from me they said they were shipping out a replacement. The replacement arrived yesterday and all is well.
This is not the first time I've had excellent customer service from Beseler. I was once having an issue with my 23CII and they had one of their technical support people call me to discuss the issue in detail. Any time I've sent them questions via email I've always had prompt, courteous and informed replies.
A really great company that should be lauded for continuing to sell and provide top-notch support for their enlargers and accessories.
