Maybe to forgo the need to buy a scanner and learn to use it?But we can do that ourselves easily enough with a decent flatbed scanner. What new value does your service bring?

The point being that some people don't DIY and have film developed and scanned at a lab. This lab offers an extra option for those customers.
Scanning the rebates is also popular, and I actually find it quite attractive for 120 film. Perhaps you customers would like to know if they will get that at some point. Or I missed this and it is already on offer...
There even seems to be an Instagram filter emulating 120 film rebates for digital images and even videos. And, no, they do not use the name of a real film.

Where are you getting that from ? Looking at the exposure information the shutter speeds are 250th, 125th and 1000th, certainly not the same. What I have seen from the examples all these borders are the same, no matter the film, camera, color or B&W, and format. So are these borders scanned from the negative, or actually added digitally after the scan?

Thanks, nice to know that there are more film services available.Announcing full film border scanning of all types of 35mm film!
In one way or another we can now scan 35mm C41, E6, & B&W with full film edges included. As you can see below the scans have a really nice rough edge to them. This film was Fuji Reala in a Nikon F6.
We can also scan 120 E6 & B&W in full rolls with film edges included.

Scanning well is a skill that requires time and equipment. It is more productive for me to outsource scanning rather than buy a scanner and spend the time learning to master the process. But we can do that ourselves easily enough with a decent flatbed scanner. What new value does your service bring?
So what does it cost to get a roll of 135 E6 processed and scanned at the quality of your first images above?
I don't suppose you mount slides?

It must be a Canadian thing - I thought the same thing, although at the land crossings! At first I thought this was about scanning film at the airport.
