A retrospective of a half century of work from this extraordinary photographer, teacher, mentor, and artist.

This really is GREAT!!!! Thank You JT for posting this...you are correct that Ann is much to modest to post anything herself, but having the privlege of seeing her work while at Lee's workshop this past spring I can say it is well over due.

Helen, I was wondering about this as well her work SHOULD be seen.

If anyone in the Atlanta area can make it Please do, and report back to us. I know JT will, but am hoping that others can.

Right now no. When I maintained my own site I had some of her work there as well, but the site is long gone.

At the end of the month the Atlanta Celebrates Photography Catalog will be on-line. One of her images will be part of the catalog. I will post that link once it is available. The gallery is a bit behind loading the promotional images as well. If they get around to posting the work I know Ann gave them I will post that link as well.

For those that are wondering what kind of work Ann does - she has worked in multiple formats - 35mm, MF, 4x5, 8x10, with subject matter as varied - still life, street, and landscape. With painstaking focus on detail and care throughout the process.

I COULDN'T AGREE MORE. I've seen her work in Ft. Worth and it is impressive. Ann was my partner on the 4X5 enlarger and to watch her work is to see someone in control of the materials not the other way around. Ann doesn't guess.

Even if she get a ticket for not wearing a seat belt, she hangs in there and makes the Judge and police department work for their fine
