The "White Truck of Happiness" visited me yesterday.

Toyo 45AX, I found a "kit" on the bay of evil that had what I wanted. Body, 3 lenses, 90mm, 150mm 210mm, (all 3 Nikors in Copal shutters) and a hard case, as well as a handful of film holders and a few odds and ends.

I'm hoping the weather holds up this afternoon and I can get out and see if I can spoil some film.

Congrats, there was a similar RF Wista that went through a local used shop that was being consigned for $3200, pristine everything, 5 lenses, holders, hard case....and me without the means.

Great find and look forward to seeing some of the new work from this new toy...I mean tool... :-D

Congratulations, Larry!

It's usually the Brown Truck of Happiness that visits my house but White will do!

Filling out my kit saw both the white and brown trucks of happiness in the driveway this week.
Now the weather is gonna go to crap on me.

That was fun.
Nice evening of firsts for the newbie.
Successfully loaded film holders.
Successfully* took two pictures
Successfully loaded two pieces of film in a Mod54
Successfully* developed two pieces of film

* Success is relative- I came out with two "acceptably" exposed and developed negatives of a exceedingly mundane still life.

Once the negatives are good and dry I'll see if I can get a picture so you guys can tell me how bad I screwed stuff up.
