I'm sorry that I'm being repetitive about this but I'm elated at the results I'm getting.

I had taken a bunch of photos around my work place and decided to hand out a few 4x6 prints of what I got...nothing fancy, no plans to dodge or burn, just normal-folks snapshots.

It's such a pleasure to throw a new negative into the carrier, take a couple of measurements, put in the filter and hit the print button and have a nice well exposed print come out the other end every time!

I printed 5 different negatives on 2 different paper types; something that I'd have normally spent 2 or 3x longer getting accomplished and also used up quite a few strips of test paper (and probably haven't gotten as good a result as I did today)

Just as an aside, I really like the Ilford WT developer too. I normally use the Ilford multigrade developer.

I'm delighted that you are sharing your feedback, since I'm in the market for a timer / analyses, was interested in the RH series but anxious about the price. It's now definitely on the 'things to save for' list.

I suspect you are beginning to see why the likes of myself and Mr Rusty say "you will have to pry it out of my cold dead hands before you can have mine".

As you gain experience and confidence, you'll find tasks like burning & split grade printing fairly easy - Especially if you have the foot switch. You'll also find that you can pick a point on the neg, take a reading, and select the paper/grade/exposure to print that point at a tone you want. A useful feature when doing portraits.
