Michael,

Unfortunately not in combination with a journey, but if you are looking for fine art workshops, Wolfgang Moersch comes to my mind.

Lette Verein in Berlin also does large format photography courses.

Hope this helps at least a little...

Michael,

take a look at www.andreasweidner.com.

Some years ago he used only LF and as far as I interpret he excuses for going digitally on his startpage. Perhaps hos trips are still oriented in LF/MF?

Wonderful workshops in alt photo printing techniques like bromoil, gum, carbon, albumen printing (among others) in Middelburg, The Netherlands (near Belgium, at the coast). It's run by Kees Brandenburg, an expert in these old techniques and the moderator of the Alt Photo List for many years.
His website: http://www.polychrome.nl/ is in Dutch, but he speaks English as well. His email address: workshops@polychrome.nl

I try to go there once or twice a year for a workshop. Recommended!
