If you're living in Japan or travelling here and want to get your C-41 film developed I highly recommend "Active Studio" in Tokyo. I am not sure if this thread is in the right section of the forum, but I wanted to give these guys a shout out.

I believe their service is very similar to what Blue-moon Camera in the US offers (including pricing)
Development is 500 yen/roll + 52 yen per postcard sized print. The guy is genuinely enthusiastic about his 1997 Noritsu QSS23 and the services he offers. Their website is all in Japanese, but it's funny how much he stresses that nothing digital will be used for their prints. All prints are on Fuji Crystal Archive paper.

For 120 film the turn around is roughly 5 days. Ship it out on Monday and you'll have it back on Friday with prints. 35mm is usually much faster than that.

Also check him out on twitter @uactivestudio
I've been to his store. He ran me through the entire workflow. The guy is obsessed with his machine and analog printing. He's got two spare ones that he found used sitting there just in case the current one ever stops working.
Also check out his other website.
he's got a video of the entire process
