My French just about got me the gist of the first paragraph, but for the rest I had to rely on Google Xlate with its usual weirdnesses.

Unfortunately the article doesn't distinguish between the Ilford that went bankrupt forcing the Marly closure, and the Ilford that is still making and selling film ...

Strictly speaking there was only one Ilford the last years and that was the manufacturer in Marly. The other manufacturer, the spin off Harman, only used the brand Ilford.
