Amergraph ULF-28 120V or 220V?

I've been considering buying an Amergraph ULF-28 lightsource for some time. (I notice they are no longer listed as an APUG sponsor.) I'm looking at having a workspace wired that I could potentially use the ULF-28 in, so I have the choice of wiring for 120 or 220 volts. The 220V unit costs more from Amergraph, but I'd like to know if anyone has installed the unit with this option and if there is a noticeable advantage to having more power to draw on.

The 220 volt unit is 50 Hz which is for european use. I'd stick with the 120volt 60Hz version for the US.

Amerigraph Power Supply

I installed a dedicated 20 amp curcuit for my Amerigraph (110v/60hz).

Works well.
