Aires 35-V lens issue

I have a Aires 35-V that I found a wide angle lens for.... the lens lines up fine and fits into the bayo mount bit won't turn to lock in..... It feels like it's hard against something, not like it's to tight... anyone else have this issue?

Wide-Angle Lens--W Coral, f=3.5cm. F 1:3.2, 4 elements 3 groups
Medium wide-angle for close quarters work and where a large portion of the subject is desired In the picture. Color corrections, definition, resolving power are comparable to the other matched integrated lenses for the Aires 35-V. Short focal length of W Coral lens provides extended depth of field potentials. Focusing range is 2-2/3 feet to infinity. Also useful for dim-light photography. Bayonet mount couples to rangefinder.

may be range finder needle of camera which is inside top of the camera is wrong.

I wonder if you have something.... the rangefinder does need adjusting. ...... at infinity the image is still broken......

that site is about repairing the camera , they say hard to repair camera , someone can adjust the rangefinder with screws may be yourself.

Ah ha.... got it to fit.... one of the blades for the lens mount was bent in just enough to block it from sliding on to the camera. Seems to be ok now.....
