AGFAPHOTO was a company made by former Agfa managers at Leverkusen.
It was a "management buyout", pretty much the same as HarmAn did.
They operated the plant at Leverkusen for a year, until declaring bankruptcy.
The solution to the insolvency was to transform the Agfaphoto company from a manufacturer to a "holding company".
They "hold" the rights to their name and licence it to other companies.
Lupus Imaging is another company that bought the rights to put the name "Agfaphoto" in some products like films. But they also sell SD cards with the Agfaphoto name on it: http://www1.lupus-imaging-media.com/en/agfaphoto-memorycards-speicherkarten.html

They have used it all up and had a new film made and packaged by an OEM manufacturer, The packaging appears to have been done by Harman in the UK, but it is not necessarily made by them.

To add more confusion, the last TWO generations of 35mm FIlm packing machines at Harmon were Aparently made by AGFA. and so any film packaged by Harman will have a similar type style to film packed on the machines that AGFA made for themselves. There are some software differences, like the Number for Frame 37 is a touch different.

Harmon no doubt is covered by a non-disclosure agreement so they are not able to say anything about the film they make or package for other customers. The Latest RPX films from Maco also seem to have similarity to Harmon packaging.

You are making a lot of confusion from something that is very simple: Harman makes custom coatings for others. Simple as it is.
If you have a few million £ in your pocket you can contact Harman and ask them to make a coating run of "Charles CPX100". You design the box and tell what sort of film qualities you want.
As simple as that.

Freestyle was going to do just that last year. Remember the "Silver Collection"?

I recall, on a factory visit to Harman/Ilford, that Simon said that the slitting, numbering and packing machine had come from Agfa (IIRC, he praised the German build quality!).
The edge printing and numbering was (again IIRC) set very simply by a sort of keyboard thingy, so very easily changed as different products arrived to be packed. So edge-marking for "Charles CPX100" (or "Railwayman3 100") would be easy?

Nov '04 to May '05, is closer to 6 months, but they coated a lotta film.

The holding company
AgfaPhoto Holding GmBH
had purchased the Leverkursen factory... (etc.) from Agfa-Geveart... in Nov04, with 'credit notes'
The manufacturing company was a tier below the holding company.
Agfa-Geveart had sold its factories cheap (i.e. at a book loss for 'cash'), the purchasing company converted its purchase to a larger cash value sum of parts... e.g. Harman will have payed a sharp price for the finishing equipment, etc...
I would call it removing the clothing from a donkey... asset stripping by another name...

I didn't have my dates properly, but they actually operated for a year. Closed at the end of 2005 according to the link above.

Your sentence quoted above was unclear.

Agfa Photo GmBH filed for insolvency 27May05, the receiver ran the factory post that date and yes they made a lots of master rolls after May but that was at the receivers whim.

Agfa Photo GmBH only operated as a trading company for less then seven months. If you were a supplier you would not normally send any goods to an insolvent company unless the order came from the receivers company on the receivers order proforma...

You normally send goods or extend services and expect payment a month later, cause you have inspected the companies formal reports, and know they are solvent, lots of companies might want 2 or 3 months credit, small suppliers get squeezed.

In the USA (I believe) when a company files insolvent the receiver can claw back payments already in your account, e.g. so that every creditor gets uniform treatment.

27 May is when they (Agfaphoto GmBH) went ''bankrupt'' i.e. stopped paying bills, (note they filed for insolvency but wiki seems to treat the two words bankruptcy and insolvency as synonyms), the receiver would have appeared and reviewed their accounts, to decide either to attempt to recover operations, or terminate and for the latter then to pay the staff contacts until they could be terminated, recover the most money for the sharehoulders, ie Agfa Photo Holdings GmBH. If he had silver, acid, gelatine, etc he should have run things until they ran out of the first thing or the coater broke. It is easier to sell production kit (like a coater or finisher) if you can show it still working (via an IR image).

They don't seem to have been able to sell the APX100 or APX400 recipe with the kettle and coater.

I'll get a APX100 cassette to identify manufacturer - as may be they did manage that. My local photo store may have some.
