Agfaphoto APX 100/400 in Europe

35mm black and white film Agfaphoto APX 100 and APX 400 haven't been availables for months in my local shop, and seem out of stock pretty much everywhere (including fotoimpex and maco direct). Does anyone know what's going on ?

APX 100 is a very nice film. I know kentmere pan 100/400 is most certainly the same thing, but Agfaphoto is (well, was) a bit cheaper.

A U.K. retailer has both films but some retailers believe that Agfaphoto is the same or close enough to Kentmere so there is no point in stocking both

The retailer is Process Supplies. As the U.K. is no longer in the EU Agfaphoto films may be no cheaper if you wish to import it but I'll leave that to you to check it out

APX 100 "available around 11/11/2022". Thanks, the english version of the site didn't mention a date. And I forgot about the fotoimpex CHM, price is good (but it's out of stock currently).

As for the price of kentmere vs agfaphoto, yes depending on the shop APX is not always the lowest of the two. But in my local store APX has always been cheaper (currently 4.8€ vs 5.4€)
