Got some from freestyle but my question is ...what is it? Can't find any development info on the MDC as it is not listed. Is it masquerading under a different name?

Rollei Universal is the same as Rollei Superpan 200 which is Aviphot Pan 200 cut by Maco/Rolleifilm.

Thank You Andreas

Thanks for the information

The Aviphot range is made by Agfa and Maco meanwhile uses the Agfa logo on these converted films in addition to their Rollei logo.

Freestyle speaks of "Rollei Agfa" films and that is where the OP has got the "Agfa Universal 200" designation from.

Looks like some people develop a habit of disinforming customers... it's a "confuse and conquer" strategy, right?

I'm surprised we have'nt has some obscure medical film repackaged with the Voigtländer name yet after all their films were made by Gevaert :D

So it wouldn't be a first

Well, today Cosina cameras and lenses are named Voigtländer Bessa, Zeiss Ikon or Zeiss ZM, and Hasselblad's XPan and H Series are made by Fuji. I own two Agfa 643 CS strobes, they were made by Metz for Agfa. All this is a grey area between marketing and false labeling
