Agfa Selectaflex and Agfaflex Lenses

I'm a long time Agfa fan, and have a nice, Agfaflex system. I'm thinking of adding a Selectaflex, but still curious about the lenses, and hope someone can help. I know the mounts are similar. I've read that the Selectaflex lenses fit the Agfaflex (Ambiflex) just fine. I've also read that the Agfaflex lenses will not fit the Selectraflex because of the auto exposure feature on the camera. What I'm curious about is whether the lenses physically fit, and work, with the exception of the auto-exp feature, or whether the Agfaflex lenses physically cannot be mounted/used. Can anyone enlighten me? I found one obscure post saying they will fit, but "not sure" of functionality, and I don't know what the poster was referring to. Sadly it's a long-dead thread, so no follow up available. Thanks to any Agfa fan who can shed some light--in advance.
