Agfa Rapitone M-2: experiences?

someone has offered me a batch of Agfa Rapitone M-2 paper. I have never used this before. On the web i found this was made for aerial photography. Does this have any special meaning when using it for non aerial photogrphy?
I would use it for regular photography, in the same way i use my Agfa and Ilford RC and FB Multicontrast papers.
Anyone with any experiences to share? Any special developpers needed for this or special darkroom lights?

Agfa Rapitone M2 : Origins

Agfa Rapitone M2 was identical to to AgfaPhoto Multicontrast 312 Semi Matt

Resin Coated paper.

However with the demise of AgfaPhoto in 2005 recent production is coated by another world famous manufacturer.

Go on the Agfa website www.agfa.com click materials then Aerial Photography. You can read about Rapitone M2.

If the order code ( 5 character code of letters & numbers ) begins RCZ then the paper is coated by another world famous manufacturer.

If you like Agfa print developers like Neutol or Multicontrast these products are still being manufactured in the original AgfaPhoto factory at Vaihingen / Enz by a&o. Go to www.ao-imaging.com click on photochemicals.

Both versions of M2 are top quality. Does it really matter who coated it ?

"another world famous manufacturer". Odd statement, since Agfa/Gevaert is still in business with a coating line. Wouldn't this product be coated in house by Agfa/Gevaert? It is only Agfa/Leverkusen that went away.

Interesting! I just checked my agfa price list from 1997 and Rapitone paper had a designation of P1 and P2. These were graded papers. I guess a multicontrast paper was introduced later.
