Does anyone have any AGFA APX 100 in 120? I know it's not made any longer, but hope there is still some out there. Or maybe a good alternative! I used it in 35mm before and liked the results.

It pops up on eBay once in a while and it is generally pretty expensive. I would recommend finding an alternative. I moved on to Ilford FP4+, I don't think it matches the style of APX100 that closely, but it is very pretty, good quality, and easily available. There are probably other films that are better matches for APX100, I will let others recommend those.

Retro 100 is not available in 120, Retro 80s is apparently a very different film. There are a few threads here on APUG about it.

The last Retro 100 were sold for an incredible low price. If bought some hundred rolls of it. Retro 100 is made from 35 mm material which is thicker as real APX100/120.

No other film will get identical results. This is nothing you can expect. It may be possible that you get similar results with a different film. But with other developing times and other real speed.

The Silverprint fellows have possibly smoked something, because on their website they say that Agfa APX 100 in 120 "should come in during 2011". I guess they mean the Adox replacement?

Agfa APX 100 was unique in its color rendition. With appropriate color filtration you can get closer to its original look. As you can see in the attached picture, there is a spike around 550nm, which is green and yellow.
With color filtration of other films you might be able to suppress certain other colors in order to get similar spectral response from something like TMax 400. You may wish to try a light green filter.

I'm confused too by the plethora of manufacturers claiming to be re-introducing APX, as far as I can tell we have:

Adox - Adox Pan 400, currently available as first coating, supposidly re-formultaed APX400 using original Agfa coating line and recipies
Agfaphoto - reintroducing APX100 and APX400 - unknown who is the source of this film?
Rollei RPX 100 /400 - re-formulation of APX 100 and 400 based on joint venture between Ilford / Efke and Rollei

Are these all in fact the same thing just in different branding?

Update that. I now have 50 rolls less.

I have 27 rolls of APX100 and 65 rolls of APX25 in 120. I intend to shoot every single one of them.
