Age of Sitter in Photograph - What is Your Guess?

Just curious as to your guesstimate as to the age of the person second from the left in this photo? My son dug this out of a stack of images in my collection.

As for my guess, I'm thinking mid-thirties, maybe early 40's.

It was taken in Germany in 1922, so my son was wondering if the man in question might be Hitler, who was born in 1889.

But if he's the father of the three young boys, I would infer from this element he should be older than 20. Not a wrinkle though (nice photoshop work, or how was it called by that time ).

Hmm... only missed it by 7 years... not so bad.

Here's a Dead Link Removed. The most obvious difference is that the hair is parted on the opposite side.

I'd put him between 35 and 45 - remember most people married and started spawning much younger than they do today, so it would be entirely possible for him to be 35 and have three teenage children. Whoever he is, it's not Hitler. This guy's jaw is too square, for one thing.

I am no good at judging peoples' ages; I'll go out on a limb and say he's an adult.

Of course in the 1920's it wasn't yet called a "Hitler" moustache, it was called a toothbrush or postage stamp and even Charlie Chaplin had one at that time.

He doesn't look anything like Adolf Hitler, though. That was not an uncommon mustache at the time...but Hitler ruined it. When I wore one for a few days, people freaked out BIG TIME.
