Age of Ilford Cooltone RC Paper - Pre-Harman

I am particularly fond of the Ilford Cooltone RC paper, but it isn't widely available around here (the Vancouver, BC, Canada area). There is a store in Vancouver (Leo's Cameras) that has some stock, but it appears to be all sourced from Ilford Imaging - the predecessor to the current version of Ilford (Harman Technology Ltd.). I'd like to know the minimum age of this stock, because I'd like Leo's to have a chance to make me an offer I cannot refuse . I don't have a batch number at this time.

It is quite awkward for me to get there, and it may be that there is more than one batch involved. That is why I asked about the minimum age of this paper.

That would be a bit too old for me, assuming it's stored at ambient.
