A good shot. I like the bright beach colors, very typical of Bali. The horizontal background at two-thirds up from the rocks and sand, leads the eye naturally from land to sea in a natural progression. .
You have got a fine result from a 6x6 image, a format that isn't usualy the ideal for landscape/beach work.
Did you shoot more on your beach stroll? If so, please consider posting them. Bali is such a popular tourist destination but oddly, not many images taken there are seen on our site. So new images of Bali are always good to see.
Hello, hey, anta40, where are you? We want to see more of your Bali images - it's so rare that anyone (me included) posts anything from Indonesia and Bali on this site, every image we can see is a pleasure to the senses.
Surely you must have shot more of the beautiful scenery of Bali when you were there - I mean, you did have 12 shots on each 120 roll in your Bronica, please can we see some of the others?

That's a good observation indeed. Around here people flocked to holiday in places like Bali, Vietnam or Thailand; but that is just social media status postings and not photography per se.
For once I took my MF abroad and I visited (and bathed) in a white sand beach. Portra 400 too, so this shot reminds me I should send it out to process and await the results! In some ways, travel with MF film is a bit impractical; Also the costs make me a bit less efficient shooting (quite selective) but so rewarding afterwards.
BTW, I like to get the camera in (over) the water as it gets another nice perspective. Though it's not something to do all the time.
Too bad Asia is slightly out of reach from me in Europe as a visit would be due.
