Fortunately I was able to finally get my hands on some Kodak Aerochrome III as an early Christmas present for myself. I've been researching a lot online but couldn't find the particular filter used by Richard Mosse for his Infra project. The internet suggest using yellow, orange, and red filters for the best results. However, apparently Kodak recommends a yellow filter (https://www.kodak.com/uploadedFiles/Corporate/Industrial_Materials_Group/ti2562.pdf).

Couple Reddit threads suggest the orange filter instead:

I was wondering has anyone extensively tried out this film and if so what combination gave results most similar to that of Richard Mosse?

Also, it seems like the film's should be rated at 400 iso at ground level. Has anyone played around with this parameter as well?

I've found that an orange 16 filter seems to work the best, at least for me. I rate it at EI 500, as I've found this keeps the highlights and bright areas from blowing-out too much. You'll definitely want to experiment some, though.

Do you have some examples how the film looks with a orange 16 filter?

Here's one I took at EI 500 with an orange filter.

Thanks for sharing the results guys. It seems the orange filter gave a more pinkish vibe than the yellow filter and both look absolutely stunning!
