Does anyone know what they mean exactly?

• Yaw adjusting [In connection with AF adjustment.]
• EZ adjusting [In connection with AF adjustment.]

You mean I can find explanations for these technical terms in the user manuals? Unfortunately, there's nothing there. I know them, but I'll take another look.

Pitch, roll, yaw is the coordinate system used for boats, ship, aircraft, and spacecraft: Pitch, roll, and yaw are the three axes of movement for an aircraft. Pitch refers to the up and down movement of the nose, roll is the side-to-side tilting of the wings, and yaw is the rotation of the nose left or right around a vertical axis.

In the C & C Associates Troubleshooting Guide, Larry Lyells describes an alternative adjusting of the AF system that eliminates the need for Minolta's exclusive, unavailable I/O tester.
