Full strength solutions would be best, along with replenishment. Cool and dark don't matter so much as excluding air (which the floating lid will do). For the Kodak or Ilford chemistry, complete details of how many sheets, how long, recommended replenishment are in the data sheets available on their respective websites.
As it's just fix you're worried about, that info is in the datasheets too, and there are numerous long threads in here about testing fix, etc.
