Our local jazz & blues festival starts tonight and I thought about using my Pentax MX/35mm super takumar 35mm 1.2/and fast B&W film for some street photography.I am not allowed into the events with a film camera, only digital approved snappers are granted access.Don't ask me why!!
My only 2 options for "fast film" are Tri-X pushed to 1600 or Neopan 1600.
Guess I'm looking for suggestions from others who have done similar work.

Thanks

TMX400 pushed to 1600 . . . Ilford Delta 3200 at 3200, 6400, or 1600, but only when processed using DD-X . . . Ilford HP5+ pushed to 1600

Mostly I shoot colour transparency for night images. Usual would be Kodak E200 pushed 3 or more stops. Lately I have used more Fuji Provia 400X, which I have shot out at ISO 3200 with great results. Of course, if you want B/W, then these are not considerations.

Ciao!
