Advance problem with QL17/GIII and reusable cartridge

I loaded up some bulk Delta 100 (24 exposures) on a reusable cartridge and my QL17 struggles to advance the film. I can hear its sprockets skipping the holes in film. However, when I put this same rollin my New F-1, it advances just fine. If I put in a roll of Kodak MAX 400 24 exp, the QL17 advances that roll just fine. Any idea why the camera struggles with the bulk loaded film?

Mine works fine with bulk loaded Fomapan 100 and 400. What cassette did you use?
