Ive noticed over the past five years that Adox seems to have issues keeping up with demand, or even keeping items in stock for the customers. Films being released and then out of stock for very long periods of time, some not even coming back. Same issue with chemicals. I know Covid has made situations worse for companies these days, but it seems this is a consistent issue with Adox. I know they are a smaller company just trying to keep things going. Hard to support a company when you can't buy their product often.

Note that there's a difference between production keeping up with demand, and the stock level at retailers. Concerning the latter, it may be useful to indicate which retailers you're referring to. @ADOX Fotoimpex can then indicate whether they are aware of any downstream supply chain problems in that section.

Yes Im refering to Adox itself. Many times I wanted to order certain films like CHS 100II in varying formats, and also Color Mission, and Fotoimpex itself is out of stock. I feel you cant rely on these films if you can't buy them.

In respect to Color Mission you are right but we announced this as beeing a one time supply and we got hit with way more demand than we had production capacities when we moved i to color. With chemicals it is actually the opposite. We have more stock than we can sell after we invested into scale up. CHS 100 II is also a problem with the supplier of the raw film who went into insolvency three years ago. But we are working on it to manufacture this in house. We did bring back 120 for example. Film is very difficult to manufacture and we are constantly let down by our premanufacturers. Catching up and implementing production takes often years. So by supporting us you are also supporting the future but yes, we can´t always solve everything as fast as we wish.
