Adox CMS film and associated developer

Although I almost always use my LF gear, I had an urge to see what the Adox CMS film and associated fine grain developer would produce when used appropriately with some of my Leica RF cameras and lenses that are not getting enough use! Sometimes it is much more convenient to simply pack up the Leica, and go for a stroll looking for interesting subjects to photograph. Also, I have a very artistic and interested 9 year old Granddaughter who I would like to introduce to the analog film world. A 4x5 camera ( or larger ) is simply impractical for one so young. Hence, I wonder if anyone on APUG has used the combination of film and developer alluded to, and if so, if they have any comments. When developing the film in the small tank, is constant agitation or intermittent agitation suggested? Any comments from experienced users of the materials referenced would be much appreciated. Perhaps Mirko will find his way to this thread, and will be able to comment as well. A sincere thanks in advance.

I should add that I want to enlarge the negatives, and the comments on the Adox site regarding minimal grain and the ability to make continuous tone enlargements were enticing. Obviously one could use any of the more commonly used 35mm films and developers including Pyro...but no Pyro with a 9 year old!
