Adostab longevity, stock solution and once diluted ?

Hello all,
I bought few bottles of Adostab few months ago and I'm finally about to use it for my films. My only concern is : Adostab is supposed to be Agfa Sistan's equivalent and I've read that Sistan longevity, once diluted, is only 24 hours. Could someone confirm me or not whether it's the same with Adostab ? I now have a lot of films to be developped but unfortunately I still don't have a drying film cabinet, so I'm limited to 3-120 or 5-135 developed films as a maximum per day as I must let the films dry in the bathroom overnight. So would it mean that I´ll have to use freshly diluted Adostab for each development or so ? And what about the stock solution ? How to keep it "healthy"? No half empty bottles, no air in the bottles or does it keep its properties without particular care like, let´s say, Rodinal ?

First, welcome to APUG, the world of analogue photography is about to open for you, I guess…
About, Adostab, I use it as a substitute for Agfa’s Sistan, what was a very good product.
I consider Adosatb to be close to, if not the same as, Sistan.
So, in the attachment you will find a rough scan of an excerpt out of Agfa’s last handbook on their B&W products.
There is something strange written in it : the yield should be approximately 45 sheets of 17,8 x 24 cm paper or 2 m2 of film per litre, but in the same paragraph they say that it „…can be used down to the last drop…”.
So what, if after 45 sheets, there is still more left than the last drop…

Thank you very much for taking the time to answer my question and doing the scan. But now, I´m even more confused than before as the Agfa´s handbook data is pretty contradictory. The french magazin Reponses Photo mentioned, in its review of Agfa´s Sistan, that the diluted solution has only a 24-hour lifetime. As a french-speaking person like me, you should know this magazin, for sure. Anyway, how do you personally use it ? Till the last drop or do you get the best of its presumed short lifetime by doing several processing sessions in the same day/night before to trash it ? By the way, I realised after having posted my question that one can ask directly a question to Adox, one of Apug´s sponsor. Maybe the moderator could transfer my thread to Adox forum or should I start a new thread with the same question on their dedicated forum ?
 

I just follow the instructions of the 2 m2 film per 1 L. I keep the work solution in a jug and write counting marks on a pice of tape stuck on it. I mostly mix up 5 L at once, so, that makes a total of 10 m2 per jug.
I mix it in plain water.
I knew the Reponse Photo magazine, but I found out that the ‘reponses‘ were not always the right ones, the German Photo International ( www.photo-international.de ) is more trustworthy, I think.

BTW, My father happened to be Flemish, but my grandmother was a true ‘Française‘, I am bilingual…
