Ador MCC100 and Rodinal???

Hi all,
I wanted to do a large (for me) enlargement with 40x60 (cm) Adox MCC110 paper today. I didn't calculate, how much chemistry I need to fill the 40x60 tray when I ordered the stuff, and now I don't have enough paper developer for the three liters needed (I've got enough stop and fix).
But I still have enough Rodinal, so I thought to use this to develop the MCC110 paper. Is this possible? What dilution would I use and how long should I develop? If it's not a good idea I'll order more chemistry and aim for next weekend...

The best : Order more developer and wait. If you can , try ADOX MCC developer. It's excelent. See the link.

Second best : A. Try Rodinal on a small test strip and see if it works.
B. Try to dilute the developer you have even more and see if it works on a test strip.

With test strips you only need small developer volumes.

Film developer is not designed for paper. If used you would get an image but probably not an optimal one. Follow the advice in a previous post and order more paper developer.

In older documents you find Rodinal also being used as paper developer in a 1+10 dilution. It will develop your paper without any problem, but it will not last long in an open tray like normal positive developers. Ergo not an economical solution, but quality shouldn't be an issue. At the end it is your call.

I tried the 1+10 on test strips but didn't like the blacks.
More paper developer ordered.
