Whenever I try to back up a catalog. The adobe website is pretty useless as far as help goes. Actually I just upgraded from Elements 8 to 12, basically because of the same problem, but figured it was a compatibility issue with windows 8.1. But the problem still persists. I'd hate to lose all the tags, dates etc of my scanned proof sheets for 35mm 6x7 and 4x5.
On another related point, anybody know how to pull all the dates, tags out for the numbered proof sheets so I can get a hard copy?
