FWIW, I hope that they continue to improve on this. If the quality improves sufficiently, it would be reason enough to subscribe!
I hate dealing with dust on scans - particularly on 35mm black and white negatives.
And my negatives are relatively clean, because I rarely need to do significant spotting on darkroom prints.
Using spotting pens on a print was not fun. It is interesting that we can look at an image and know what are obviously dust or scratches. I suppose the trick now is to teach the AI how to look at it as we do so that it can do the tedious task of correcting them.
