I have 2 of them. One is the Lynx 14 and the other is the Lynx 14E. Both the meter don't work but I don't care about that as it's more fun to use the camera without the meter. However, I found that the shutter speeds of both of them are slower than what I set. Some near 2 stops. I can use them because I know what the actual speeds are but it would be nice to have to correct speeds. I wonder how hard it is to adjust the speed on these cameras?
There is frequently no '2-stop' adjustment on any shutter. Many times the adjustment available is only a small percentage. Likely the camera needs to be cleaned.

If a leaf shutter is two stops slow, it's likely that oil on the blades is slowing it down. The problem with such oil is that the shutter will be even slower in cold weather, and is likely to become stuck one day. With the aperture wide open, examine the shutter blades, front and back. Fire the shutter with the self-timer, and while the timer is whizzing, the blades will have moved a little, letting you see any oil hiding between blades. If you see oil, a cleaning is needed.
By the time you dig deeply enough into a Seiko or other leaf shutter to perform adjustments, you might as well perform a CLA. Which may be what's actually needed. As adjustments to this sort of shutter may involve bending metal pins or levers, they should be done sparingly, if at all. Because if overdone, you run the risk of breaking the part due to metal fatigue.
How are you checking the speeds? And at what speeds do you think they are slow? Checking the speeds of a leaf shutter is not as easy a focal plane one. Also be aware that they are usually designed to run slow by as much as 1 stop at the fast end of the scale to compensate for the low efficiency which occurs at fast speeds and wide apertures. Which is why, at fast speeds and small apertures, it's recommended to under expose.
The shutter needs to be taken apart for a CLA ... no simple adjustment can restore the speed.
To really give it a CLA the shutter needs to be taken off the body.
