Does anyone have any experience with Acufine and APX 100. I currently use Rodinal and APX 100 and I am somewhat happy. What can I expect with Acufine?

I haven't tried that combination, but you'll probably get a one stop speed increase and a sharp look with tight grain.

Acufine is usually used for push processing, so it's more popular with high-speed films than medium-speed films (since it makes more sense to use a high-speed film processed normally when a medium-speed film isn't fast enough for the lighting conditions).
