My emulsion is about 1 micron...

Which one are you referring to?
The pure chloride paper one or the "ISO 40" one ?
Here's some really useful info on Ag-AgCl reference electrodes:

As for the meter, I need two pieces of silver wire right now, about 99% fine and about 6" long each.

Which will not work with anything but AgCl emulsions I would think.
Why do you need 2 ?
I can make you some. It costs me for Silver, heat, water and gelatin mainly. Lets tall off-line.

I've been thinking of a jewelry hobby store or something.
Thanks.

Ray - you need one, thicker silver rod for the silver specific half-cell, and then you need a thinner one to make the Ag|AgCl reference half-cell. Silver wire is fine for the reference cell, so 24 or maybe 20 ga. or so, and I'm guessing 12 or maybe 14 ga. for the silver electrode.
