Yeah should have said I'm shooting 120. I usually shoot a whole roll in the same lighting conditions very often of the same thing, so N- and N+ development would work out OK for me. Heard bad things about pyrocat and flat scenes, so don't know whether to mess around trying 2:2:100 or just use XTOL if it's flat light.
Just finished my testing. Aros came out at EI80 with pyrocat 1:1:100 for 11mins at 20 degrees C, a higher speed than others have been getting I think. Agitation was constant for first 30secs, then one inversion every 30 secs. Pretty sure I'm going to stick with it and ditch FP4+ since I've had problems with a purple tint remaining. I also want to use the same ISO100/125 film in 120 and 35mm, and acros has much finer grain.
Acros in pyrocat seems to give really good tonal separation based to my shots today which I like. Don't know if anyone else has experienced this.
