Hi folks!
I forgot to properly close the box of 4x5 film sheets (Provia 100) inside my film loading bag. I opened the bag, and saw that the film was only covered by the folded white carboard, meaning the edges of the film were exposed for about 2 sec. The sheets looked like a neat pack, not spread out. The room was not brightly lit , but not dark either. Is the whole box gone? Or maybe just the top sheet? (since the second sheet would have been covered by cardboard and a layer of film) What do you think?

Develop the first sheet and see what the damage is. If just the edges (as I suspect) then you can use the film and just not have a clear rebate. If the damage is more extensive, develop subsequent sheets down the stack till your reach the point where there is no (or acceptable) damage.

Best,

Doremus

Sounds like a good suggestion. Thanks!
