I am re-scanning 7 years worth of negatives and slides because I have improved my scanning skills and dislike the mixed quality of my files. I think I am going to get old and die before I finish

That's the great thing about film: my pictures keep growing resolution as scan technology improves!

Scanning kept me from going digital, and I've been doing it myself or having the lab do it for 10 years. I also now want to stop scanning and get going in the dark.
