I saw him in Austin at the Austin Center for Photography and had the opportunity to chat with him at a reception. If you are in Boston, this is worth the effort.Austin Center for Photography is having Sylvia Plachy next Thursday. This is their 17th in a series of lectures by Icons of Photography. Not bad for an organization which is about three years old. Bill Barber

Just a follow-up. Abe Morell was great; funny, interesting and obviously still in the thick of his career as an artist. The crowd was good- over 250. Wish you were there.
