Whats the difference between the new type Paul Buff Beauty dishes and the Kacey? The kacey dish has a sort of baffled look to it which I assume affects the light output quite a bit. The PCB one is more just like a smooth dish. Both are 22" and I would likely use grids on either (the PCB 30 likely)
