A3 scanners, advice needed.

I am looking for a big A3 format scanner, mostly to scan art work, but also larger photographs, can anyone recommend something good, but not too hideously expensive ? I have been thinking about the Epson GT-15000. Does anyone know if they are any good. I can't find a review anywhere.
