I have replaced the old light seals of my A24 back, but when I added the back to my 500 C/M, the film holber back is stuck, and I can't remove it from the camera. Dark slide is in. There is no film in the back either. The release button moves, but maybe not fully to the right to allow the release. What can I do?

solved: I added a bit more pressure onto the release button, and the cartridge loosened finally!

I'd check that you replaced all the parts correctly after you renewed the light seals.

It's possible the release springs are incorrectly set.

^^ what he said, given that you've had it apart, it should go on and off the camera as easily as it did before the repair.
I've not been into mine in a while, but I recall that it's easy have the slide interlock lever not quite in the right position.

Yes, this was exactly the case! Tedious work when replacing the light seals especially with an A24 cartridge - I had to unscrew the cartridge several times and readjust the springs.
