It’s a treasure trove of old high quality production, non narrative video, from old professional tape and disc video formats, including the earliest HDTV recordings from the 80s.

It’s basically a slideshow of Satos work but done quite well and some of it never seen before or since. And with a wonderful score by Japanese 80s ambient/indie band Dip in the Pool.
