A quick question

More permissions open up after a certain number of posts or a certain amount of time (not entire sure - I think it's just post-count).
 
It is also not possible to comment on or correct those who publish incorrect data.
 
If you are new to a platform, there may be restrictions on posting media until you reach a certain level of activity or trust.
