Hi All,

Just a quick update from the site admin. I have been a bit scarce with 2020 off to a hectic start. The first news is I am going back to work in the IT field. It was about a 2 month job search to find a good fit. I've been hired in a support role at the University of Otago (I start this Monday). It's an amazing campus, so I'm very excited and it will definitely help the finances. I am also stuck doing my yearly NZ taxes which is generally a huge ordeal but should be done in a couple more days.

Going forward with Photrio, work will pick up again on social media (some great giveaways in the works). I did notice a substantial increase in visits when engaging there. Work will also pick up again on development of Photrio 2.0. There will be a bit more juggling with my time management but don't see any problems.

Just keeping you all in the loop. Thanks, and here's to a great 2020!

Sean

Sean, nice to see your positive message here and very glad you've found what sounds like an ideal position at the university. As you put it, finding a good fit for you. Congratulations on that front and I also hope the Photrio 2.0 comes together as you envisioned.....

Personal blather belongs in The Lounge forum for off-topic community chat, not here. I'm going to complain to the site administrator.

Good luck with the new job.

Thank you for everything you do here. Photrio is such a great resource and community, and I can only imagine the giant "time suck" it must constitute to administer it.
