For all those Kodachrome mourners, circus fans, and gawkers, this collection is a motherlode of amazing images. The story behind it isn't bad, either. For me, it's a hugely welcome break from those taxidermic WWII images in wide circulation.

Very cool indeed.

harold edgerton did some cool circus pictures, like this one.

Also presumably on Kodachrome. And if you're in Lawrence, you can see the dye-transfer print in person on Fridays!
