Okay,
I have finally finished fleshing out all or most of the events that come with the purchase of your Conference pass.

The main page for all of the free events can be found here:

(there was a url link here which no longer exists)

Linked from this page are detail pages (click on the "learn more" links).

Any feedback would be appreciated.

The synopsis is that for 75.00 you get 4 days of photo outings, lectures, discussion groups, gallery tours access to a pro lab, product vendors and a bunch of photo geeks.

Thanks John. Now if you could just figure out how to squeeze a few more hours into a day I'll be all set.

What's the tally for registrants to date?

I can't make it, but am curious to how many are.

Thanks

At this point a conservative expectation is somewhere between 125 to 150 attendees.

Hey John!

First of all... great job! Much thanks to you and your fellow organizers! :D

Is there any way to make a printable version of all this info? When I go to a print preview, it wants to throw things onto several pages across and several down (no logical page breaks). This happens whether I use landscape or portrait orientation.

Thanks!

Another way(less elegant) you can use the mouse to select all the text, edit -> copy and then paste into a word document. It works fine.

John,

This looks to be a really fun weekend, I might take the streets of Toronto tour even though I am a local. You might know of some spots I have not been to yet. I do have one question though, when do the weekend passes go out?

Don't miss this exhibit!

This is just a note to say hello to APUG conference attendees and to introduce myself. I'm a photographer specializing in large format architecture-based work, mostly in colour now, although I've worked in B&W a lot in the past. I had the dumb luck to have my upcoming exhibition included on your Saturday afternoon tour of Contact Festival shows. The show, "The Disappearing City" (Bliss Gallery, 1402 Queen East, entrance on Vancouver Ave.) will have 28 colour prints of late 19th and early to mid-20th century buildings from Toronto and Montreal, storefronts, factories, commercial buildings, plus a couple of pictures of Berlin. Most of the prints are 20"x24" printed by me in my darkroom, but there are also seven larger prints printed by your host and consumate (award-wnning now) printer, Bob Carnie. So please come over Sat afternoon to see my work and Bob's. Welcome to Toronto! David Kaufman

Welcome David from Hawaii. I'll be in Toronto for the conference, and I'm looking forward to seeing your city.
