We are moving into my father-in-laws house. He passed last November and we need to keep his business going so we have to move there.
He was an avid 35mm photographer. It suited his antsy style. He always got vocally impatient as I waited for the "light" with my LF stuff. Anyway, I never saw him shoot with anything but a 35-80 Tokina zoom. He loved those Tokina lenses. they gave him the look he wanted at a not high price. Having never used one I will take his word for it.
A week ago I found his camera case but never got into it because we were moving so many things. My wife brought it home and I was surprised at what was in it, all brand new, and never used. 300mm 5.6, 24mm, 28mm, 35mm, 80mm, as well as a few different view finders for his Pentax camera. I wonder why he never used them? I think I'm going to have to load up some film and shoot some shots in his memory.
