$15 an hour seems very reasonable.

Bessler 4"X5" (54M) enlarger with cold light or condenser head, your choice.

There is a 6'ft. X 32"in. stainless steel sink, Chemicals for B&W included, film dryer, print drying racks and light table.

The darkroom is ventilated.

This is a Black & White Darkroom only: D-76 for film Dektol for paper Stop bath Fix (at film strength for 30 second fix) Hypo Clear

Access to bathroom and sitting area.

All you need is printing paper.

That's pretty convenient to me. The darkroom space doesn't look like it has much that I don't already have, but the studio looks interesting.
 
Ive used this space before. Its very nice and very clean. Its a one room darkroom in a photographer's studio. I would definitely recommend it. The only reason I didnt go back was I put together a darkroom in my basement.
