Hey everyone. Just thought I would introduce myself.
My name is Matt and by day I am a pediatric pharmacist. Photography has been a hobby of mine since I got my first SLR as a senior in high school. It was a Rebel 2000, and I still have it in my bag. I will carry it around until I find another 35mm that I like. I am a little bit of a techie so I moved into digital pretty fast when the Digital Rebel came out. That camera is now in the hands of my niece as she learns photography. I traded that in for a Canon T2i which is my main camera today. I have recently started shooting film again as I found a couple cameras in a box that was my grandfathers. Among them was a Kodak No1 pocket that I am loving. I haven't developed anything from it yet, but I am excited about my first medium format camera.
I shoot pretty much everything, although my main subjects are my daughter, architecture and landscapes, and street photography (looking for a rangefinder as well). I am still getting a lab to do my developing, but I have a place is local that I really trust. I look forward to learning a lot from this group.
