When one shoots photographs of animals in the wild with a camera, the animal is around for others to see.

While those reason may be good for feeding people or the animal population, it does remove the animals from the pool of animals that others can see.

You are correct.

I was responding to ndwgolf who wondered why anyone would shoot animals with anything except a camera - at least in my neck of the woods.

The herd of elephants does it for me; those clouds, followed closely by the giraffe one.

Yes! +1 More than any other the herd of elephants photo works so well in BW.

Very nice! I’ll probably never get to do something like that in my lifetime. I’ve tried the zoo, but the animals all look too sad and stressed out.

I love it when wild animals allow themselves to be photographed. It makes for very beautiful pictures. But not all animals allow you to do this, you have to be careful. I really like taking pictures of wildlife and wild animals. For people like me, Kenya is the perfect place to do it. I was there recently, for me, it is the best place to enjoy nature and animals that allow you to take pictures of themselves. My work is being processed, I will share the pictures I took with you a little later. I would like to ask you to recommend some places where you can also enjoy. Thank you.
