A different type of 'hybrid'

I'm working with time-based media quite a bit now...combining still images with time-lapse photography.

Sound. I want to hear sound with these images. I don't know why, but I want to hear rain hitting stuff, wind blowing through the prairie grass, rustling leaves and other environmental noises. Then you really get hybrid.

This type of presentation is where photography should be going. Take photographs and making them more than photographs. To me, a single photograph is like a word. You can say stuff with one word, but many words can make sentences, paragraphs and stories. This is where you are headed with this piece of work. You say a lot about the variety of life in Utah.

Keep pushing it.

Well, I see you have taken Joe's remark into account and added sound. I like the combination of both still photographs and time-laps based "video". Just a few points of criticism:

- Maybe it would be better to stick to a single theme? It's quite a diverse set of photo's, and I am not sure about the function of for example the hunting scenes in the sequence. But maybe the overall theme is "Life in the western United States as I know it" and hunting is one of your own hobbies? But than maybe some "home life" pictures would be called for as well...
- I saw some big objects (most likely cars) quickly flashing by in in some of the time laps sequences. Maybe good to stand on the other site of the road to prevent it?
- Slightly bigger video size would be nice, it's really tiny. I realize you want to limit server load and all, but slightly bigger should be possible I think.
